This study describes foreign relations during the leadership of Ratu Nahrisyah in Samudera Pasai in the 14th century. During the time of Queen Nahrisyah, the kingdom of Samudera Pasai experienced its peak of glory. His reign had a pretty good influence on the kingdom both in implementing policies and running the government as well as possible. As for the purpose of this writing is to explain how the history of Samudera Pasai; what is the role of queen Nahrisyah in the kingdom of Samudera Pasai; and how is the policy of diplomacy of queen nahrisyah in the pasai ocean. This study uses historical methods with a political approach. To answer these questions, researchers use functional theory. The results of this study indicate that the existence of foreign relations during the time of Queen Nahrisyah was in the form of social, religious, economic and political diplomacy. During the leadership of Queen Nahrisyah, the foreign relations of the Samudera Pasai Kingdom were still going well. This relationship is indicated by the sending of envoys to China as a sign of political and economic relations. Another thing, the relationship with India can be seen from its trading history in the early 15th century AD. India experienced rapid development in trade, especially in Gujarat. At first the famous port was the Port of Barygaza but now the port of Cambay is developing, so that its development can be said to be very rapid. According to the Italian nobles, Marino Sanudo (1260-1338) in his notes when he visited India in 1306 AD mentioned that the spice and other trades from all over the East were brought there and collected in Cambay then sold to other places. ordered it to the West via Aden and Egypt. Since then Cambay has become a major Port in India.
