Abstract

To become a large and strong company can be done through expansion (business expansion). One of them is by merging businesses. Mergers can be mergers and acquisitions. This study aims to determine the difference in current ratio, debt ratio, total debt to equity, net profit margin, inventory turnover before and after merger and acquisition activities. This study took samples in the form of Sharia Commercial Banks listed on the IDX and underwent mergers and acquisitions in the 2017-2022 period. This study used One Way Anova analysis. The results showed that the current ratio, debt ratio, debt to equity ratio, net provit margin showed no difference after and before merger and acquisition activities, while the inventory turnover and total asset turnover variables showed results that there were differences before and after merger and acquisition activities
