Abstract

The social structure formed through interactions between individuals and groups can be interpreted as a network. Communication patterns within an organizational context can be identified through the flow of messages within the system. This research employs a quantitative approach with communication network analysis to identify communication patterns within Nahnu TV. The entire 12 members of the Nahnu TV management are considered the population and sample of this study, utilizing a census method to avoid bias. Data collection is conducted through questionnaires and interviews. The study's findings reveal that the communication network pattern within Nahnu TV is chain-like. Despite limited connectivity, the efficiency in exchanging information makes this network effective in transmitting messages among members, marking the dynamics of communication and roles within this organization.
