Abstract

This research is based on the management of Pulutan village valley tourism which was initially stopped, but was redeveloped by BUMDes Pulutan by utilizing village treasury land and organizing it with the concept of educational, culinary and natural tourism which can have a positive impact on the surrounding community. Therefore, researchers are interested in researching the BUMDes strategy in managing village valley tourism and what impact it has on the lives of the Pulutan village community. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis method used is Miles and Huberman analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusions. The theory used in this research is Marrus' strategy theory, namely the process of determining leaders' plans that focus on the long-term goals of the organization, accompanied by the preparation of a method or effort for how these goals will be achieved. The research results show that the strategies used by BUMDes Pulutan to increase tourism in the Pulutan Village Valley include: 1) developing village valley tourism; 2) maximizing human resources; 3) forming MSMEs; and 4) program planning. The impact felt by the community is increasing the village's original income, economy, social, and the formation of cooperation with several parties.
