Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of current ratio, earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, and total asset turnover on the value of companies listed on the LQ-45 index. The study also considers Firm size as a moderating variable. The research method used is multiple regression analysis using panel data. The research sample consists of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on the LQ- 45 index. The results showed that total asset turnover has a significant positive effect on firm value, while current ratio, earnings per share, and debt to equity ratio have no significant effect on firm value. Firm size moderates the relationship between Current Ratio,Earning Pershare, Debt to Equity Ratio, total asset turnover on firm value. This study provides practical implications for investors, management, and academics in making investment and risk management decisions. In conclusion, the factors studied have different effects on firm value, and firm size can moderate the relationship between,Current Ratio, Earning Pershare, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover on firm value.
