Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of working capital to total assets, current liabilities to inventory, gross profit margin, and total asset turnover on profit growth in companies listed on the JII 30 for five consecutive years, from 2018 to 2022. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 12 companies with a total of 50 observation data points. This research employs a panel data regression model and is analyzed using STATA 14 software. The selected model's goodness-of-fit test in this study is the common effect model (CEM). Statistical testing results indicate that the independent variables WCTA and TAT do not have a significant influence on profit growth, CLI has a significant positive influence on profit growth, and GPM has a significant negative influence on profit growth.
