Abstract

Keeping your body clean is the first step to maintaining personal health. Especially in young children who can easily be exposed to disease. Therefore, early introduction is needed so that children can have understanding and experience related to maintaining personal hygiene. Introduction can be done using learning media. So the Pane Book media was introduced as an effort to make it easier for children to learn about clean and healthy living behavior which we hope can be used in the daily learning process. The aim of this development research is to develop a product in the form of a Pane Book. Then to find out the feasibility results of the media being developed, namely Pane Book. Next, to find out the results of the effectiveness of the media developed, namely Pane Book as a learning media to increase children's independence in implementing clean and healthy living behavior. This research method uses research with the analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The respondents in developing this product were class B2 children at the Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Sapen Kindergarten institution as an experimental group of 20 children. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with Likert scale measurements. The feasibility test uses a percentage formula, namely NP. Meanwhile, to test product effectiveness using the Wilcoxon Test, and the t test with the one sample group t-test model. The development results show: first, Media Pane Book was developed using the ADDIE model, namely analysis including needs analysis. Design is carried out by determining the media design, including the form, theme in the story, and determining the character that the child will include in the media. Development is carried out by making products adapted to the design results so that they become Pane Book media. Implementation is carried out by applying media at school that children use in learning. Evaluation is carried out to determine the results of children's use of media. Second, Pane Book media is said to be worthy of the assessment of the first media expert who got a score of 98 and the second media expert got a score of 100, then the results of the assessment from the first and second material experts got a score of 96, then the results of the teacher's response to the media got a score of 100. Third , the media is said to be effective as shown by the t test with a one sample group t-test model which gets results of 0.001<0.05 which means there is a difference between after and before the implementation of the media with an average of 39.25 in the pretest results and 79.45 in the posttest results, the conclusion is that Pane Book media is effective in increasing children's independence in implementing clean and healthy living behavior
