Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of interesting teaching materials during learning activities. One of them is that the Pancasila education subject in grade IV elementary school is still minimal and lacks variety and does not support Islamic values. This condition makes it necessary to have interesting learning modules that can help educators to convey material and also provide effective and efficient learning. This research aims to: (1) To develop a Pancasila education module product integrated with Islamic values to improve the learning outcomes of class IV students in elementary schools. (2) To obtain the feasibility of an integrated Pancasila education module with Islamic values to improve the learning outcomes of class IV students in elementary schools. (3) To determine the effectiveness of the Pancasila education module integrated with Islamic values to improve the learning outcomes of class IV students in elementary schools. This research uses the Research and Development method. This research design uses the ADDIE model developed by Robert Maribe Brach which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. This location is at Muhammadiyah Bayen Elementary School, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in class IV with 28 students. Instruments and data collection in this study used data from the assessment of design experts, material experts, linguists, teacher assessment, pretest and posttest questions using the N-gain value. The results of this research indicate that the development of a Pancasila education module integrated with Islamic values is considered very suitable for use. Based on the assessment carried out by design experts, they got a score of 83%, validation from Islamic material experts with a score of 90%, validation from Civics material experts with a score of 95%, validation from language experts with a score of 88%, teacher response was 85% and student response was 94%. The results of the effectiveness test of using the Pancasila education module integrated with Islamic values to improve student learning outcomes, the learning outcomes of 15 students were in the high category and 13 students were in the medium category. Thus, it can be said that the Pancasila education module integrated with Islamic values is very effective and very well used to improve the learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Muhammadiyah Bayen Yogyakarta.
