Abstract

The background of this research is the rampant problems of juvenile delinquency that exist such as drug abuse, free sex, alcohol consumption, leading to criminal acts that occur in Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods in the form of field research. The unit of analysis carried out by the research is persuasive analysis techniques in the context of fardiyah da'wah. The theory used is the theory of fardiyah da'wah, persuasive communication by M. Jamiluddin Ritonga. This research uses Creswell's case study approach, the data collection methods include observation, direct interviews, and documentation. The subject of this research focuses on Children Against the Law. While the object of this research is the activities carried out by social worker preachers of Children Against the Law. The type of data is primary from the Head of the LPKS ABH Anak Bangsa foundation in RL Regency, the Head of the RL Regency Social Service, social workers. while secondary data comes from official documents. The results of this study show that LPKS ABH children of the nation Rejang Lebong Regency has taken the right steps in directing children in conflict with the law in correcting actions that are not in line with Islamic teachings, implementing them into daily life. The facilitator provides necessary facilities for children in conflict with the law, acts as an advocate in fighting for children's rights, acts as a liaison between children and families or other parties involved, and as a group counsellor, especially for children in conflict with the law.
