Abstract

The study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Company Size, Financial Performance, Social Performance, and Macroeconomics on Firm Value of the Islamic Banking sector listed on the Stock Exchange in Indonesia, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia during the 2018 to 2022 period. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique, obtained a sample of 8 Islamic banks as research samples in the 2018-2022 period using quarterly data. The statistical analysis used in this research is unbalanced panel data regression analysis. The test results of this study indicate that the Board of Commissioners, Sharia Supervisory Board, Company Size, and Financial Performance can significantly affect Firm Value. While the Independent Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, Zakat, Qardh, Corporate Social Responsibility, Inflation, and Interest Rates have no significant effect on Firm Value.
