Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of CAR, NPF and FDR on ROA of Islamic Commercial Banks in 2018-2022. This research uses quantitative research. Hypothesis testing used is panel data regression using Eviews 12. The population used is all financial reports of Islamic Commercial Banks in 2018- 2022. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 5 banks. The results of this study indicate that CAR and FDR have no significant effect on the ROA of Islamic Commercial banks. While NPF has a negative and significant effect on the ROA of Islamic Commercial Banks.
