Abstract

This study aims to analyze Diversification and Financing Restructuring on Non Pe rforming Financing in Banking in Indonesia. The object of research is ten Islamic Commercial Banks with fifteen Conventional Banks to get more comprehensive results. The research data used is secondary data obtained from quarterly financial reports for 201 8 2022 through the Financial Services Authority's financial report publication page. The analytical tools used in the research are Stata 17 and Microsoft Excel. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression. MSME Financing variables have no sig nificant effect on NPF. Non MSME Financing variables have a significant negative effect on NPF. Financing Restructuring variable has a significant positive effect on NPF. Banks need to provide more massive financing to non MSMEs because it can reduce the N PF rate and banks need to apply prudential banking when financing restructuring occurs because of the potential risk of default so that it affects NPF.
