Abstract

The primary purpose of this research is to determine the effect of green banking on green loyalty in Islamic banking in NTB, using the theory of stakeholders, legitimacy, and self-regulation. It was extended with three variables X as a model of the Green Banking translation, namely Green Innovation, Green Finance, and Environmental Performance. This study aims to determine the influence of green banking on green loyalty and Islamic banking in NTB, moderated by the Sharia variable governance. This study uses quantitative methods with the help of SmartPls 03 software to analyze data. The findings of this study show that the Green Innovation and Environmental Performance variables affect Green Loyalty, while Green Finance has no effect. Using Shria Governance as moderation only strengthens Green Innovation of Green Loyalty. 'Hopefully, the results of this study can contribute to Sharia banking and customers in choosing products that are more environmentally friendly and sustainable.
