Abstract

The compilation of Islamic Law on the basis of marriage explains that marriage based on Islamic law is marriage, that is, a strong covenant to obey the commandments of Allah SWT and carry them out is a worship. The purpose of marriage is certainly to have a perfect family, which is to be able to get peace and happiness, certainly not an easy thing because it takes preparation both physically, mentally, materially in a premarital state and after marriage. Family counseling is one of the efforts in the formation of a sakinah family that provides education, advice and understanding. Offline family counseling has actually been done a lot, but it has few enthusiasts so that divorce still occurs. In the modern era, there is a shift in the culture of people who are more interested in the digital world, so many people who do not have free time tend to prefer digital media for activities and tend to have a high level of trust in someone who is well known on social media. This makes the author interested in conducting research on the role of influencers and online Islamic family law consultants in the formation of their clients' families. This research was conducted to find out whether an influencer and online Islamic family law consultant plays an important and beneficial role in the formation of families for his clients, how Islamic strategies and laws view these activities. Field research conducted at the residence of an influencer is qualitative research that is descriptive-analytic, which describes the object of research through real data in narrative form, with analysis using role theory and family sakinah for problem solving. This study uses a normative-sociological approach to the implementation of Islamic law on the role of influencers in conducting online family counseling activities by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that influencer and Islamic family law consultant Ustadz Maulana Umar has a strategy by making content investments as personal branding and solving client problems with careful consideration. This plays an important role for followers who become clients of online consultation. Clients feel the benefits and impact. It is known that clients get inner peace, guidance and direction, insight into premarital, maturity learning attitudes, settlement solutions. The strategy and role of influencers as well as online Islamic family law consultants are in accordance with Islamic law, because it has had many benefits for both premarital and married clients in forming sakinah families.
