Abstract

Bukalapak's Seru Serbu feature is one of the innovations in the e-commerce platform, becoming a forum that allows sellers and buyers to participate in exciting and memorable activities. However, there are several events that need to be considered in this practice, starting from the process to the results of the assault, so there is uncertainty about the contract used in this activity. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of the lottery and/or auction sale and purchase in the Serbu Seru feature and the application of the principles of Islamic legal agreements in the Serbu Seru feature and its impact on interactions between sellers and buyers. This type of research is field research. Then the nature of this research is analytical descriptive with a philosophical approach. This means that philosophical legal research describes the practice and application of principles in the Bukalapak attack feature and then analyzes and evaluates them using the theory of the principles of Islamic legal agreements. In data collection, two stages were used, namely First, collecting data from primary and secondary legal sources related to this research. Second, collecting primary data based on the exciting attack features on the Bukalapak Application and Bukalapak website. The results of this research show that the program for the fun attack feature in the Bukalapak Application tends to use a lottery system of buying and selling contracts, but its implementation is still not complete and/or perfect. Then it shows that if the principles of Islamic law agreements are implemented and applied optimally in the fun attack feature program as a forum
