Abstract

This research is based on the identification of problems found, namely: the development of technology that has not been optimally used to support the learning process, low science literacy skills of students, teacher-oriented learning, physics learning that has not been associated with everyday phenomena, one of which is the local wisdom of traditional games. So that with the utilization of science literacy-based physics e-module teaching materials assisted by the android application of traditional games gasing bluluk projected to be a learning resource that can help overcome existing problems. This research aims to 1) Produce physics e-modules based on science literacy aided by the traditional game gasing bluluk android application for SMA/MA students, 2) determine the quality of physics e-modules based on science literacy aided by the traditional game gasing bluluk android application for SMA/MA students, 3) determine the response of students to the use of physics e-modules based on science literacy aided by the traditional game gasing bluluk android application, and 4) test the implementation of physics e-modules based on science literacy aided by the traditional game gasing bluluk android application in learning. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study with the 4D development model by Thiagarajan which consists of the Define, Design, Development, and Dessiminate stages. This research was conducted up to the Develop stage, namely limited trials and the applicability of e-modules. The instruments used were instrument and product validation sheets, e-module quality assessment widths, learner response sheets, and implementation observation sheets. The product validation assessment in this study used Aiken's V scale with 3 scales. While the assessment of the quality of e-modules, learner response sheets and implementation observation sheets uses a Likert scale with 4 scales. The result of this study is that a science literacy-based physics module has been developed with the help of an android application of the traditional gasing bluluk game for SMA / MA students with Very Good (SB) criteria based on the assessment of material experts, media experts, high school physics teachers with an average score for each assessment of 3.45; 3.50; and 3.27. Students' responses to the limited test e-module obtained Very Good (SB) criteria with an average score of 3.58. The results of the implementation of e-modules in learning conducted by observers on the aspects of use, aspects of interest, and aspects of learning obtained very good (SB) criteria with an average score on each aspect of 3.50. The conclusion of this study shows that the development of science literacy-based physics e-modules assisted by the android application of traditional gasing bluluk games is very good so it is feasible to use as teaching materials in learning.
