Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, family financial education, and financial attitude on the financial behavior of Islamic boarding school students in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative in nature using primary data collected by questionnaire method with Likert scale measurement. This research used a sample of 170 respondents. The data analysis method used is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS software version 3. The results of this study indicate that Islamic financial literacy and financial attitude have a significant positive effect on the financial behavior of students. Meanwhile, family financial education, and financial self-efficacy have no significant effect on the financial behavior of students.
