Abstract

LKSA Tunanetra Terpadu ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo, the only LKSA that serves the children of tunanetra using the classical method, that is, where in one class there is one dai and many mad’u in delivering the material to the kids of tonanetra, but the classic method is deemed ineffective because mad'u does not give feedback to the material delivered by dai. This research aims to analyze how the process of interpersonal communication in the ministry in the LKSA Tunanetra Terpadu ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo, the preparation of interpersonal communication in ministry, approaches as well as the media used. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. After the research data is collected, the data is analyzed using the data reduction model, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that LKSA Tunanetra Terpadu ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo prepares the aspects of interpersonal communication well. These aspects are well prepared and implemented by dai and mad’u in the LKSA Tunaneta Terpadu ’Aisyiyah ponorogo so that the patterns of interpersonal communication in the world can work well. In its enforcement, the LKSA established the use of interpersonal communication approaches and media. The approach carried out by Dai at LKSA Tunanetra Terpadu ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo is an approach to interpersonal communication that covers approaches with cultural, sociological, and psychological analysis. Three such approaches are well done by dai so that the process of transmitting the message with the approach of interpersonnel communication can go well. The media used in the process of interpersonal communication in the ministry at the LKSA Tunanetra Terpadu ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo includes oral, written, painting and audio-visual media. Good preparation and approach, as well as the optimum use of the media, make the process of interpersonal communication effective in the LKSA Tunanetra Terpadu ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo, which is proved by the active child of mad’u tunanetra in responding to the material submitted by dai.
