Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle, financial literacy knowledge and environmental factors on customers' interest in using sharia credit cards. The population used in this research were all customers of Bank BSI KCP Temanggung Sudirman. Sample selection used the purposive sampling method. The total sample used in this research was 60 respondents. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the relationship between lifestyle variables, financial literacy knowledge and environmental factors on customer interest in using sharia credit cards, so that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable will be known. The results show interesting findings regarding the variables chosen in this research, namely, lifestyle variables and environmental factors have a positive and significant influence on customers' interest in using sharia credit cards, while financial literacy knowledge variables have a negative and significant influence on customers' interest in using sharia credit cards. .
