Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of stock price valuation, financial information and non-financial information on underpricing of sharia stock IPOs. Stock price valuation is projected with Tobin's Q (TBQ), financial information is projected with return on equity (ROE) and debt equity ratio (DER), non-financial information is projected with allocation of funds for fixed asset investment (IAT) and underwriter reputation (RUW). The population in this research is all sharia category companies that are conducting an IPO for the 2020-2022 period. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method with a total of 47 companies. The analysis method in this research uses multiple regression. The results of this study show that ROE has a significant negative effect on underpricing.
