Abstract

The research aims to describe the role of Organizational Communication Functions in maintaining the loyalty of Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar Jambidan administrators in Jambidan Village, Banguntapan Sub-district, Bantul Regency. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the study involves in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation analysis. The primary subjects include supervisors and mentors significantly contributing to Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar's loyalty. Triangulation of data sources is ensured, combining insights from key figures within the community, such as Mr. I Nyoman Gunarsa, and relevant sources to obtain comprehensive findings. The findings underscore the critical role of Organizational Communication Functions in fortifying loyalty within Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar. Effective execution of informative, regulatory, persuasive, and integrative functions demonstrates the organization's success. Notably, the informative function prevails, emphasizing extensive information exchange and thorough communication channels. Regular meetings, government interactions, community patrols, and digital communication tools like WhatsApp contribute to robust information dissemination. Challenges like financial setbacks and generational disengagement affected the organization's continuity but were mitigated through resilient communication strategies and community involvement.
