Abstract

Messages in organizational communication are interpreted to have a direct influence because in this case it involves many individuals. This explains how human behavior in organizations is where the messages contained in interactions within the organization can encourage the actions of each individual involved. The action in question is behavior within the organization that influences common goals within the organization. Therefore, organizational communication is organizational behavior in the process of message interaction and provides a certain mutually understood meaning for something that happens. Researchers highlight PT. Cepat Versi Arli Singkawang as a place for organizational communication and da'wah activities. Matters relating to da'wah are based on the company's style which can be seen in its Islamic identity which is shown in company regulations which become the reality of religion in the company environment. The religious reality that all individuals in the social environment are based on the same values is able to improve good communication and improve performance in their respective duties. The reality of religion in the company's social environment can support organizational communication to run smoothly or with minimal obstacles in conveying messages to each other, both employees to employees and superiors to employees or vice versa. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection using in-depth observation and interviews and is equipped with documentation. The researchers aligned the research technique with the theory used in this research so that the data obtained could be analyzed properly. The results of this research show an increase in employee performance caused by good organizational communication, more fully that the reality of religion influences the social environment which produces forms of organizational communication and increased employee performance. Therefore, organizational communication at PT. Cepat Versi Arli Singkawang runs smoothly, both through formal communication patterns, informal communication patterns, and socialization mechanism communication patterns, apart from that, the direction of communication in organizational communication runs stably and can convey messages to each other effectively. Thus, employee performance increases due to the reality of religion and organizational communication that runs well. Increasing employee performance includes seven components, namely loyalty, work performance, responsibility, obedience, honesty, cooperation and leadership.
