Abstract

Habib Husein Ja'far and Yusril Fahriza's communication style in the Berbeda Tapi Bersama Podcast Podcast on the Noice Youtube Channel episode 32 is warm and pleasant. Researchers are interested in researching the communication styles of the two because there has been no research on the communication styles of two figures with different backgrounds discussing a religious identity in Indonesia and communication style is the key to conveying religious messages. The focus of this research is the communication style of Habib Ja'far and Yusril Fahriza on the Noice YouTube Researchers used Robert Norton's communication style model with Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis method. The method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. Data collection was obtained from selecting two videos that were studied based on verbal communication indicators by Dasrun Hidayat (Humor, appropriate timing, vocabulary, voice intonation, and short and clear). The results of this research are that the communication styles of Habib Husein Ja'far Al-Hadar and Yusril Fahriza are Open Style (open communication style), Casual Style (relaxed communication style), and Friendly Style (friendly communication style). Both of them are open, relaxed and friendly because they have self-confidence, are not awkward with each other, are outspoken and humorous.
