Abstract

The study investigates the determinants of Agricultural Gross Domestic Product (PDRB) across 10 regions in Indonesia, focusing on Rice plants. The issue of climate change, largely attributed to human activities such as industrial activity, poses significant implications for economic development. Employing panel data analysis through regression methods, this research explores the relationship between climatic variables and agricultural PDRB. The findings indicate a significant positive influence of rainfall and temperature on the agricultural sector's PDRB. Consequently, the impact of climate change on agricultural PDRB emerges as substantial, as climatic conditions directly affect crop yields.
