Abstract

Economic growth is the most important thing to measure the economic condition of a country, namely by looking at data on Gross Domestic Product (GDP), net exports, foreign debt and a stable exchange rate. In line with the Mundell-Fleming model theory that economic growth is driven by a stable exchange rate and positive net exports. This study aims to determine the influence of economic factors, namely, exchange rates, net exports and foreign debt on economic growth. The method used the Error Corecction Model (ECM), with quarterly time series data from 2010-2022. The results show that exchange rates and net exports have a positive effect on economic growth in the long run and foreign debt has no effect in the long run.
