Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) customers' decisions in using BSI Mobile Banking. The population of this research is BSI customers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data in this research was obtained through distributing questionnaires and obtaining a sample that met the criteria of 187 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this research is SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research show that perceived of use, feature and security have a significant effect on the consumer satisfaction to use BSI Mobile Banking. Consumer Satisfaction has a significant influence on consumer loyalty to use BSI Mobile Banking. Meanwhile, perceived ease of use and service quality do not have a significant effect on the consumer satisfaction to use BSI Mobile Banking.
