Abstract

Fulfilling the need for maximum nutrition and balanced nutrition is a mother's obligation to her child. The most important fulfilment of nutrition is breastfeeding during infancy. This is as stated in Q.S Al-Baqarah verse 233 which recommends that mothers breastfeed their children for approximately 2 full years. In terms of fulfilling this breastfeeding, there are often mothers who cannot do it because there are obstacles to abnormal breast milk production. The ibuasipedia Instagram account is an institution engaged in lactation and breast milk donation through Instagram media. The process of breast milk donation will certainly have an impact on the marriage between the breast milk donor and the donor. It is certainly interesting to conduct a more in-depth research on how the actual practice of breast milk donation implemented by the ibuasipedia Instagram account. This type of research is field research using a normative approach that refers to the regulation of MUI Fatwa No. 28 of 2013 concerning breast milk donation. The data analysis method used is descriptive analytical with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the practice of breast milk donation on the ibuasipedia Instagram account is not in line with MUI Fatwa No.28 of 2013. Especially in article 4, where ibuasipedia only requires the same sex between the donor baby and the recipient. Whereas what is meant by furu'Al-abawain is all of the descendants of the breastfeeding mother. So it should be necessary to know the gender of the siblings of the donor and recipient babies. In the process of breast milk donation, ibuasipedia only acts as a platform to upload the need or request for breast milk.
