Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of e-trust, e-service quality and e-wom on e-loyalty through e-satisfaction as an intervening variable on mobile banking users. The sampling method in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected from 259 respondents who met the criteria. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The results of this research show that the e-trust variable does not have a positive effect on the e-loyalty of sharia mobile banking users. E-service quality and e-wom have a positive effect on e-loyalty of sharia mobile banking users. The variables e-trust, service quality and e-wom have a positive effect on e-loyalty through e-satisfaction. This research proves that e-satisfaction can mediate the relationship between e-trust, e-service quality and e-wom on the e-loyalty of sharia mobile banking users.
