Abstract

The level of progress of a region can be seen from fiscal independence through Regional Original Revenue (PAD). The greater the PAD obtained, the less the level of fiscal dependence of the local government on the central government. This study aims to determine the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Population and Number of Tourists on Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in the Regency / City of Yogyakarta Province 2010-2022. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced and obtained from the Central Statistiks Agency (BPS), Yogyakarta Tourism Statistiks and other sources that support the preparation of this study. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis method. Based on the results of the study, the results of the GRDP variable have a positive and significant effect on PAD, the variable population has a positive effect on PAD, the variable number of tourists has a positive effect on PAD. While simultaneously the variables of GRDP, Population and Number of Tourists together have a positive and significant effect on PAD in the Regency / City in D.I.Yogyakarta Province in 2010-2022.
