Abstract

This research is to test the variables of good corporate governance, quality of human resources, and internal control system on the quality of the financial reports of the Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta pension fund. This research uses a quantitative approach with quota sampling techniques. The data analysis method uses classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25. The number of samples in this study was 60 respondents. The results of research using multiple linear regression analysis show that the good corporate governance variable has a positive effect of 3,298 and a significance of 0.002 on the quality of the financial reports of the Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta pension fund. The quality of human resources has a positive effect of 2,675 and a significance of 0.010 on the quality of the financial reports of Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta pension funds. And the internal control system has a positive effect of 4,379 and a significance of 0,000 on the quality of the financial reports of Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta pension funds
