Abstract
Indonesia's increasing economic growth has encouraged significant development in the laundry business sector. The trend of e laundry or online laundry is increasingly replacing conventional business models, offering convenience and comfort through applicat ions or websites. This research aims to develop an e laundry business model that can be implemented in a franchise format, taking into account several aspects to ensure the effectiveness and success of the business in the long term. Research and developmen t (RND) methodology was used to design an e laundry prototype adapted for a franchise system, including application design and technological features that ensure ease of use and operational efficiency for prospective franchisees and consumers. It is hoped that the research results can provide practical guidance for entrepreneurs, open up new business opportunities, create jobs, and encourage technological innovation in the laundry services sector. Thus, this research contributes positively to the developmen t of the business ecosystem in the laundry sector in Indonesia.
