Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of capital expenditure, local revenue, general allocation funds and special allocation funds on economic growth in Indonesia. The data used in this research uses data originating from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency and the Directorate General of Balance and Finance of the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia. The data used for the economic growth variables in this research are Capital Expenditures, Regional Original Income, General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds and GRDP in the 2013-2022 period between provinces in Indonesia. The data processing method used is the panel data regression method using the eviews-9 tool. The results of this research are that the variables Capital Expenditure, Regional Original Income, General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds partially and simultaneously influence Economic Growth. Based on the research that has been carried out, it is recommended to optimize and explore sources of Regional Original Income and be able to properly manage the General Allocation Fund and Special Allocation Fund so that Economic Growth can increase each period.
