Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, religiosity, financial rewards and company reputation on students' career interests in the Sharia Banking Industry. Researchers used the theory of planned behavior as the main theory to analyze interest in work, using research objects from students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah, and IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Using non-probability sampling techniques and using a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 105 students. The method used in this research is quantitative, which is then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that the variables self-efficacy, religiosity, financial rewards and company reputation have a positive and significant influence on students' career interest in the sharia banking industry. It is hoped that in this research, universities and sharia banking companies will have an idea of students' interest in working in the sharia banking industry.
