Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the quality of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in moderating financing on financing risks at Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this research is Sharia Commercial Banks. The data sample used was 14 banks sourced from the 2013-2022 annual reports. The data analysis method used is the interaction multiple regression analysis method and hypothesis testing using the partial t test, simultaneous f test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research can be concluded that Mudharabāhahh financing Mudharabāhahh financing Murabāhah, Musyārakah, and ijarah do not have an effect on problematic financing. Corporate governance cannot increase the effects of mudhārabah Murabāhah, Musyārakah, and ijarah financing.
