Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of Profit Sharing Ratio, Zakat Performance Ratio, Equitable Distribution Ratio, Directors Employees Welfare Ratio, Islamic Income Vs Non-Islamic Income Ratio, Islamic Social Reporting, and Intellectual Capital on Return On Asset of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2018- 2023. This type of research is quantitative using panel data. The analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression with fixed effect model estimation. The results of this research found that the variables PSR, ZPR, EDR DEWR, ISiR, ISR and IC simultaneously had a significant effect on ROA. Partially, the variables Profit Sharing Ratio, Zakat Performance Ratio, and Equitable Distribution Ratio have a positive effect on ROA. The Islamic Income Vs Non-Islamic Income Ratio variable was found to have a negative influence on ROA. Meanwhile, the variables DEWR, ISR, and IC were not proven to have an influence on ROA.
