Abstract

This research aims to examine the management of the NCT 127: The Unity 2024 concert event that has been held able to maintain Brand Awareness of Dyandra Global Edutainment as the promoter. Which is caused Dyandra Global Edutainment had experienced a negative impact due to an incident that occurred at the previous NCT 127 “The Link 2022” concert. Therefore, the incident caused disappointment among the audience and led to demands to Dyandra Global Edutainment to take responsibility. This research uses a qualitative descriptive study with indicators of event theory and brand awareness theory. Then, the data was collected through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the management of the NCT 127 concert event “The Unity 2024” succeeded in maintaining the brand awareness of Dyandra Global Edutainment as the promoter. The existence of campaigns, evaluation, improvisation, visual identity, innovation, creativity, and research plays an important role in maintaining brand awareness and improving audience experience of Dyandra Global Edutainment.
