Abstract

Manufacturing company 4.0 will be accelerating so that in the business will appear more efficient processes in production so that the business can operate smoothly and meet the goals achieved by the company. PT. BesQ Sarana Abadi is a company producing rubber and metal. Using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness method to measure the efficiency of a Press Injection machine with an OEE of 79.05%. The maintenance of the machine in the company has been implemented using Corective Maintenance. The company requires proper care based on the damage that occurs due to the treatment that can be applied, i.e. preventive care using RCM II and Age Replacement methods. Based on such research, it can be concluded that obtaining results would be proposed to implement treatment measures and time intervals of replacement of components with scheduled. As for the results of the processing on the research for maintenance measures on heater components, seal and contractor using preventive maintenance and proposed for action as scheduled discard at internal time sequence of 774 hours, 708 hours, and 867 hours. Preventive maintenance measures resulted in a cost reduction of 14%, 27% and 34% on each machine component with previous maintenance measurements.
