Abstract

This study examines the effect of Environmental Performance, Social Performance, and Governance Performance on the profitability of companies listed on the SRI-KEHATI index for the period 2015-2023. The primary focus is on the impact of Environmental Performance, Social Performance, and Governance Performance on profitability, as well as the role of firm size as a moderating variable. The analysis employs panel data and the STATA.14 software using panel pooled regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) methods. The results show that Social Performance have a significant positive impact on profitability. In contrast, Environmental and Governance Performance does not have a significant effect. Firm size weakens Social Performance on profitability, but not Environmental and Governance Performance. This research underscores the importance of Social Performance, along with the role of firm size, in enhancing the profitability of companies in the SRI-KEHATI sector.
