Abstract

The auditor of the government body is the center of all state financial audit operations. They are responsible for preventing state assets from being misappropriated, misused, or diverted by irresponsible individuals. However, the loss of state assets has been the subject of a lot of news lately. This makes BPK responsible for finding information about these losses. This study aims to find out how much work flexibility, work stress, and job burnout affect job satisfaction in auditors. In this study, the sample is auditors who work at the Audit Board (BPK) of the Provincial Representative of the Special Region of Yogyakarta and the BPK RI DKI Jakarta. To test the hypothesis, a multiple linear regression analysis model and a t-statistical test are used. The results of the hypothesis test found that work flexibility had a significant positive effect on the auditor's job satisfaction, this proves that the higher the work flexibility, the higher the job satisfaction of the auditor. Work stress has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction for auditors, this proves that the higher the level of work stress, the lower the job satisfaction for auditors.
