Abstract

This study aims to determine the decision to purchase KPR products BTN Syariah Malang Branch because of the rapid population growth, increasingly narrow land, small minimum wages, high housing prices BTN Syariah Bank faces new challenges and opportunities in retaining customers BTN Syariah Malang Branch. The sample of this study was BTN Syariah Malang Branch customers with a total of 153 respondents, with the analysis technique using the SEM method based on the Smart PLS application. A total of 3 of the 4 hypotheses proposed in this study were accepted. The results of this study indicate that cultural factors, personal factors, and psychological factors influence the purchase of KPR products BTN Syariah Malang Branch. However, social factors have no effect on the purchase of KPR products BTN Syariah Malang Branch. Furthermore, the implication of this study is that decisions made by bank management are very important to maintain customer loyalty and enable them to achieve financial benefits.
