Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including financial transactions. One form of digital transaction that is increasingly developing is digitalization. Although the use of payment applications has become commonplace among urban communities, in Islamic boarding schools, especially at the Al Munawwir Islamic Boarding School, Q Complex, Krapyak Yogyakarta, there are still challenges in adopting this technology. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the intention of guardians of students/students in using the Smart School Platform (PSP) Mobile application at the Islamic boarding school. The factors analyzed in this study include convenience, security, trust, and features of the Smart School Platform (PSP) Mobile application. The results of the study indicate that the ease of use of the Smart School Platform (PSP) Mobile application has a significant influence on the intention of guardians of students/students in transacting using this service. Users who feel the application is easy to understand and use tend to be more interested in using this service. Security is also a very important factor, where guardians of students/students who feel safe in transacting online show a greater intention to use the application. Trust in banks and digital banking systems is another important factor; guardians of students/pupils who have a high level of trust in the digital banking system are more open to using the Smart School Platform (PSP) Mobile. Complete features that suit user needs also play a role in increasing their intention to use the application
