Abstract
The problem of ADHD in grade IV students of MI Unggulan Bustanul Ma'arif Gumukmas is a challenge in the learning process. Students with hyperactivity tend to behave unruly, cannot be quiet, are easily distracted, and often disrupt the teaching and learning process. This condition not only hinders their academic achievement, but also affects the learning environment of other students in the classroom. This study aims to determine the guidance and services of students with ADHD behavior in class IV MI Unggulan Bustanul Ma'arif Gumukmas. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to explain the findings in the field. The research was conducted at MI Unggulan Bustanul Ma'arif Gumukmas with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity uses source tringulation, technique tringulation, and time tringulation, for data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This research discusses coaching hyperactive children in class IV MI Unggulan Bustanul Ma'arif Gumukmas which includes five important elements: 1) Structure and consistent routines include. 2) Positive approach 3) Emotion management. 4) Regular physical activity including and 5) Social skills including group interaction through projects and discussions, as well as games such as “Guess the Style”, to train students' communication skills, cooperation, and non-verbal understanding. This research also discusses services in the form of positive reinforcement methods and facilities. Schools provide facilities to support ADHD students, such as visual daily schedules, transition signals in the form of sounds or pictures, star boards for appreciation, well-equipped sports fields, and areas and props to encourage physical activity and social skills.
