Abstract
This study aims to: 1) Examine the implementation of market day activities through the application of the value of gusjigang for fourth grade students at MI Darul Ulum 01 Bae Kudus, 2) Examining the value of gusjigang in market day activities of grade IV students in MI Darul Ulum 01 Bae Kudus, 3) Examining strategies to foster entrepreneurship skills of grade IV students through market day activities in MI Darul Ulum 01 Bae Kudus, 4) Examining supporting factors and inhibiting factors through the application of gusjigang values in market day activities to foster entrepreneurship skills of grade IV students in MI Darul Ulum 01 Bae Kudus. The type of research used is field research using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data, and verifying data. The research subjects consisted of grade IV teachers, madrasah heads, and grade IV students of MI Darul Ulum 01 Bae Kudus totaling 5 students as participants in the study. The results of the research include: 1. Implementation of market day activities at MI Darul Ulum 01 Bae Kudus through an independent curriculum by integrating the value of gusjigang through out-of-class projects in the form of market day. Grade IV students learn economic and entrepreneurial activities through buying and selling practices with the aim of fostering entrepreneurial skills. market day stages consist of pre-market day, market day process, and post-market day. market day activities receive support from class teachers, madrasah heads, and parents. this activity shows that it can foster students' skills in entrepreneurship. 2. The value of gusjigang in market day at MI Darul Ulum 01 Bae Kudus is taught: honesty, creativity, discipline, independence, perseverance, empathy, tolerance, enthusiasm for learning, solidarity, and love for the country. Success assessment with observation, performance assessment, and evaluation. The value of gusjigang integrated with market day activities shows that it can foster entrepreneurial skills in grade IV students at MI Darul Ulum 01 Bae Kudus. 3. The strategy of fostering entrepreneurial skills of grade IV students at MI Darul Ulum 01 Bae Kudus through Market Day activities involves the integration of entrepreneurship education in the curriculum and experiential learning, where students plan and run a simple business. Collaboration with practitioners, the use of technology, as well as the development of soft skills such as communication, decision-making, and financial management enrich students' experience. This strategy is to develop students' entrepreneurial skills through an approach that combines theory, practice, and collaboration between teachers, students, and madrasah principals. 4. The application of gusjigang values in market day at MI Darul Ulum 01 Bae Kudus is influenced by supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors include active participation of students, teachers, and parents, adequate facilities, and utilization of technology. The inhibiting factors consist of the need for less curriculum integration, low understanding of the value of gusjigang, the first experience of selling for students and time constraints.
