Manufacturers are looking for strategies to attract consumers. The majority of consumers who are interested in these products are women, especially cosmetics are a routine need that they always buy, especially skincare products. Halal skincare products have experienced a significant spike in Indonesia's economic financial growth. The research method uses a quantitative research type based on purposive sampling, the sample used is Gen Z specifically for women with a sample of 258 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires in GF which are distributed on digital electronics such as WA, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media. Analysis of research data using the SPSS application program to process this research. The results of this study indicate that all independent variable factors affect the dependent variable (purchase decisions). Independent factors include Price, Product Quality, Consumer Trust, and Promotion. Showing that the test results are more than 0.05, also called 5%. The analysis of this research triggers the attention of manufacturers to make a marketing strategy for skincare products to meet the needs of women, although men also use them, women are very dominant in using these products. Pay more attention so that consumers pay more attention to purchasing decisions carefully and must pay attention to the products that are actually in the packaging.
