Abstract

This research aims to analyze and empirically test the influence of the Gender Inequality Index (IKG), Gender Development Index (IPG), Female Labor (PPAK), Good Road Infrastructure, Electricity Infrastructure, Water Infrastructure on economic growth in 34 provinces in Indonesia from 2018-2022. This research uses the Random Effect model as the chosen model among 3 models. The research results show that there are 2 significant variables out of the 6 variables used. Based on the results of the analysis in this research, there are significant and insignificant variables. Variables that are not significant include the gender inequality index, female labor, and gender development index variables and the variables that are significant include electricity infrastructure and water infrastructure
