Abstract

This research is motivated by the need for digital transformation in data management for Al-Quran education institutions, which were previously conducted manually. Such manual systems resulted in inefficiencies, frequent errors, and a lack of transparency. The SIPDAR-PQ application was introduced as a technological solution to overcome these challenges. The research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of SIPDAR-PQ in enhancing efficiency, transparency, and accountability in data management, while also identifying factors that contribute to its success and challenges encountered during its implementation. The study adopts a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving administrators of Quranic educational institutions and officials from the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The ISS Success Model and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) were employed as the analytical framework, focusing on five key indicators: data accuracy, accessibility, operational efficiency, transparency, and user satisfaction. The findings reveal that the SIPDAR-PQ application has significantly improved efficiency and transparency in managing institutional data. However, challenges such as insufficient user training, technological resistance, and budgetary constraints persist. The study recommends providing intensive training for users and further developing application features to enhance its functionality and effectiveness.
