Abstract

The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, while data collection techniques are carried out through: observation, interviews and documentation. This research aims: 1) to find out how technology & information-based strategic management is implemented with the ANNUR-QU application at MTs Al Ma'had An Nur Bantul 2) to find out the scope of ANNUR-QU application management, 3) to find out what supporting and inhibiting factors for technology & information-based management with the ANNUR-QU application at MTs Al Ma'had An Nur Bantul. Based on the research results obtained as follows: 1) The implementation of technology & information-based madrasa management strategies with the ANNUR- QU application at MTs Al Ma'had An Nur Bantul is running well as a digital-based administrative management media/tool in helping manage school administrative data and facilitate services 2) The scope of the ANNUR-QU application includes: (a) institutional operational systems such as: academic and others, (b) information & administration management systems (d) financial & fintech management systems such as e-wallet and online banking payment points (PPOB), (d) online social fundraising system, (e) digital cashier system (e-point of sales) integrated with cashless cards. 3) Supporting & inhibiting factors, namely: a) supporting factors, common vision with the Foundation, good cooperation with parents and teachers, good integration between schools and Islamic boarding schools, b) inhibiting factors are: teacher discipline in inputting daily data, lack of socialization of features features that can be utilized, weak human resources from parents in operationalizing the application (clueless), and lack of firm supervision by schools and foundations in policies regarding the importance of using the application. Since the implementation of the ANNUR-QU application at MTs Al Ma'had An Nur, administrative management can run well and services are more optimize.
