Abstract

The Tri Dharma of Higher Education is the core responsibility of higher education in achieving superior quality of education in accordance with national standards. One of the implementations of the Tri Dharma is through strategic cooperation, which is carried out to strengthen the quality of education and expand academic networks. The Master of Islamic Education Management (MPI) Study Program of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta has implemented cooperation with various partners as part of this effort. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of the Tri Dharma cooperation in the MPI UIN Sunan Kalijaga Study Program, as well as identify the implications of the cooperation in supporting the quality assurance of the study program. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles, Huberman and Saldana model, namely data condensation, data display, and data verification, while the validity of the data is checked through triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study showed, 1, The implementation of the Tri Dharma collaboration of the MPI Master's Study Program UIN Sunan Kalijaga (2021-2024) includes educational aspects through seminars, guest lectures, and curriculum updates; aspects of research with collaboration and strengthening of research capacity; as well as community service through Field Study and coaching educational institutions,. 2, This implementation meets education quality standards, improves student competence, and supports research and community service in Islamic education. 3. As a result, graduates are better prepared to face global challenges, scientific publications are increasing, and superior accreditation is achieved. This collaboration is a strategic pillar in quality assurance, supporting the integration of Islamic education with innovation and community needs
