Abstract

The research was conducted in Dlepih Village, Tirtomoyo Subdistrict, Wonogiri Regency, Central Java, aiming to analyze the path of the Local Fault North-South Segment using microtremor data. Data acquisition was carried out at 41 measurement points with an interval of ±100 meters within the coordinate boundaries of 7°57'45.64" to 7°58'59.47"S and 111° 4' 3.9" to 111° 4' 53.22"E, located in an area composed of three formations: Nglanggran Formation, Dasit Formation, and Semilir Formation. The microtremor data was processed using the HVSR (Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio) method to produce H/V curves as a representation of local geological conditions based on dominant frequency (f0) and amplification factor (A0) values. The f0 values in this study range from 0.5 to 13.3 Hz, while the A0 values range from 0.4 to 6.8. Rose diagram analysis using the H/V Rotate method indicates the direction of the vibration source based on maximum amplification values oriented in the East-West, Northeast-Southwest, and Northwest-Southeast directions, showing a pattern perpendicular to the main fault path. 3D modeling of Vs data using the ellipticity curve method yielded values between 157.86 m/s and 1631.46 m/s, indicating subsurface structures and suggesting the presence of a block shift contrast with Vs values >1100 m/s, supporting the hypothesis of a shear fault in the study area. The fault path mapped based on modeling results has a different orientation compared to the geological map of the study area.
