Abstract

bThis research aims at examining the influence of corporate culture applied by PT. Telkom to the employees satisfaction and performance. Corporate culture was measured by applying five artifact elements (Stretch the goal, Simplify, Involve everyone, Quality is my job, and Reward the winners) representing one of the corporate culture level applied by PT. Telkom. The results of data processing by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) indicate that there are significant correlations between each element of the artifact as well as the simultaneous measurement of the five artifacts and the employees satisfaction. The research also reveals that although only two elements when measured individually shows significant correlations with employees performance, the simultaneous measurement of the five artifacts show that corporate culture has a significant correlation with employees performance. However, the results show that the correlation between employees’ satisfaction and employees’ performance is insignificant.
